This position is based in Shanghai. Reporting to General Manager, China, Business Development Manager will be responsible for trade marketing programs, alignment with key partners and PR communication.
Job Duties:
·Support General Manager, China on marketing strategy developing, especially strategic alignment with key partners/ sector leaders to enhance Travelzoo's position/ business in local market.
·Develop the partnership and strategic cooperation with leaders of the business.
·Develop PR communication strategy; lead the team and agency for daily execution to position Travelzoo as the leader of the sector and the world's largest and trusted deal publisher in travel and entertainment.
·Trade promotions and conducting regular market intelligence program, such as find out issues and opportunities in the market, and report findings.
·Trade marketing management with close cooperation with sales team including all kinds of event planning, execution and management, assets development and production. Subscriber acquisition and life-cycle management through marketing campaigns and projects.
·Managing quarterly marketing budgets across media, PR, trade marketing, marketing campaigns and alignment.
·Develop and manage updates to sales collateral and other sales communication documents.
·Work with production to develop a Travelzoo user group that provides valuable feedback for product and publication development.
·Media monitoring and competitive information collection and regular report for management team to alert new trend in the sector.
·Review and manage subscriber feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements:
·Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with business development experience preference
·Experience for trade marketing and online marketing management
·Good planner and agency management experience
·Project management skill is necessary
·Budget forecasting and management with clear result driven
·Experience developing marketing plans and strategies
·Experience with website analytics
·Team management skills, well cross functional cooperation and result orientation
·Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
·Bachelor degree minimum
