职位描述
The individual helps manage Large Market Team in Shanghai, takes responsibilities in all client related activities and reports into Head of Client Management, China.
Responsibilities
· Establish strong relationships with clients' Travel Managers/Director and other influential senior management
· Manage Large Market Team in Shanghai in all client related activites and provide solid support and all-level instructions
· Liase with internal departments in driving project execution to optimize customer experiences
· Deliver trainings/mentoring to team members and help team members in career development
· Thorough understanding of company strategies and goals and help department in driving initiatives and achieving results
· Assist Department Head in goal settings and monitoring team members' performance
· Motivate people and drive employee loyalty
Requirements:
· More than 10 - 15 years of working experiences and at least 3 - 5 years of manager role
· Bachelar Degree or above is a MUST, (MBA preferred)
· Excellent in presentation, communication and negotiation
· Ability to influence both customers and colleagues
· Proficiency in use of software tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools available on personal computers is required (essential)
· Fluent written and spoken Manderin and English (essential)
· Comprehensive knowledge of various industries (plus travel background is advantageous)
· Knowledge of business processes associated with contract management, including: market analysis, evaluation and selection (sourcing, negotiation, terms, contract execution) and relationship management (contract performance, compliance, quality, delivery and payment) (advantageous)
Soft Skills:
· Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage and motivate teams
· High degree of creativity and visionary concepts required for problem solving on a daily basis (essential)
· Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, systems, tools. Able to establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management and customers (essential)
· Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills required conducting daily activities. Can produce clear, concise, accurate written communications, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management and customers. (essential)
· Have the ability to negotiate and influence people so that the desired results are achieved (essential)
· The ability to plan, manage and prioritize projects (essential)
· Time management skills (essential)
· Capable of functioning as part of an organizational group with broad responsibility for policy interpretation (essential)
