严格贯彻采购战略,成本控制.
3. Skilled negotiate with the suppliers and select suitable suppliers to meet our demands.

有较强的采购技巧和与供应商的协商,选择合适的供应商来满足我们的需求.
4. Ensure on-time delivery and best price ratio.

5. Prepare purchase contract or agreement with certain terms and complete technical packages and specifications. Place and fulfill PO.

6. Actively maintain production, logistics and finance department, to solve purchasing related issues.

7. Provide supporting of small amount purchasing and urgent purchasing during execution of certain project.

8. Supplier relationship management, esp. to establish and maintain supplier infor database, update and revaluate suppliers regularly.

REQUIREMENT:

3. At least 2 years relevant experience in spare parts material planning
