财务 & 人力资源经理

Task and duty definition:
Report to General Manager.
Ensure accuracy of monthly financial reporting through review of Profit & Loss Accounts / Balance Sheet schedules
Prepare financial analysis (e.g. Actual vs. Forecast vs. Budget vs. Prior Year) and identify potential upside / shortfall in revenue / EBIT ; Review trade working capital / cash flow on monthly basis thought trade receivable / trade payable / work-in-progress aging review , Review and approve job/order status.
Handle tax issue for the company
Handle billing arrangement with vendors General daily accounting duties (e.g. approve sales invoices / vendors' invoices, review general vouchers, approve payments, review T&E expenses claims, etc)
Monthly discussion of financial highlights and operational issues to project managers.
Review and evaluate accounting procedures to ensure effective and timely financial reporting.
Liaison with the company's Global HR to inform and advise on local HR management issues.
Partner with local management to support on any staff issues; Partner with local management on local recruitment including translation & localization of company recruitment briefs and post open job, search & selection of candidates, maintain contacts with local recruiters & media
Assistance with executive level recruitment

profile of position:

Preferred 3-5 years relevant practical experience in financial management and human resources management in a Wholly Owned by Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) company.
Professional training in human resources practices and China labor law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Management experience and skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft Office
