Report to: mAb Group Leader

Job Description:

Apply laboratory techniques and skills in experimental planning and design in support of new product development and optimization of existing products;
Responsible for generating of monoclonal antibodies used for Bio-Plex assay system, including but not limited to mouse immunization, cell fusion, mAb screening and characterization, etc;
Make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret and integrate experiment results with project objectives;
Maintain complete and thorough lab notebooks;
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and implementing SOPs;
Assist in purchasing of laboratory equipment and reagents;
In charge of routine cell culture room maintenance;
Accomplish other tasks related to R&D as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires proficiency with common protein chemistry, biochemistry, and cellular biology techniques;
Good understanding of theory and practical experience in diverse scientific technologies and methods including, but not limited to cloning, cell culture, and hybridoma techniques;
Bachelor or Master Degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, and Cell Biology, Chemistry or other related Life Science field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master with 2 more years experience or Bachelor with 5 more years, Industry experience preferred.
