职位描述

JOB OUTPUT:

Under the leadership of VP WAVE Asia Pacific, this position is accountable to provide all ceiling suspension system solutions/products design and installation training for all market we served in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Mid East and Africa and Latin America to achieve sales volume and profit objectives.

KEY PROCESSES (Ownership/Participation):

  1. Be an expertise on all ceiling suspension system solutions, products, specifications, code, standard, drawing, test, applications and installation.
  2. Provide designing solution and drawing of all ceiling suspension system including standard, integrated and special to all concerned especially to architects to specify and secure our ceiling suspension system on projects
  3. Provide installation training of all ceiling suspension system in the field to all concerned especially to contractors including products installation demonstration, mockup or sample room installation etc. to ensure contractors understand, installation correctly and good installation performance.
  4. Conduct products training and seminar of all ceiling suspension system to all concerned especially to architects, owner/developer, contractors, distributors, dealers and sales to promote our business, products and influence market.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional team including architects, contractors, distributors, sales, CSC, logistic, quality, and production etc. to ensure meet the solution or products design and installation needs and performance.
  6. Develop drywall suspension system on products, integrated ceiling solutions and installation to meet each local products and installation code/standard. Build business plan to develop the sales with value to all including owners/developers, architects, contractors and distributors.
  7. Support key company metrics: safety, quality, process effectiveness and financial performance

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

  1. Receive guidance from VP WAVE Asia Pacific.
  2. Works closely with architect, contractors, distributors, Armstrong and WAVE sales,marketing, CSC and plant logistic, quality, technical and manufacturing.

MEASURES OF EFFECTIVENESS

  1. Budget sales volume, products mix and profit.
  2. Grid efficiency (grid/MF ceiling volume).
  3. Numbers/percentage of secured projects through architect with solutions/products design
  4. Number & quality of training sessions to contractors.
  5. Drywall suspension system development on products, installation and sales.

VALUE ADDED ACTIVITIES

  1. Develop integrated ceiling system.
  2. Promote products and installation value to customers.
  3. Develop drywall suspension system
  4. Upgrade customers from low end to higher end products.
