1、撰写专利申请文件；
2、审查意见答复；
3、检索以及国内外相关专利的中英文翻译；以及
4、其他相关工作。

要求：
1、专业方向：电子工程、网络与计算机技术、通讯工程、自动化技术、光学工程及相关专业；
2、英语口语以及书面应用能力优秀；且
3、持有专利代理人资格优先。

Job Description:

§ 1. Prepare design patent applications and translate US patent applications for filing with SIPO

§ 2. Prepare responses to office actions

§ 3. Draft patent applications in English. Translate Chinese patents into English

§ 4. Coordinate with local IP associates

§ 5. Assist in other related work if needed

§ 6. Prepare transmittal documents to SIPO

Requirements:

§ 1. Major in Electrical Engineering (or similar is required)

§ 2. Bachelor of Science degree or above

§ 3. Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English

§ 4. Patent experience preferred

§ 5. Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications

§ 6. Organized, detail-oriented, hard-working and outgoing team player in a multi-cultural working environment
