Summary:

This position gives you the chance to build a solid foundation for Node team to operate efficiently and expand organically. This role requires a thorough knowledge of Project Management, production processes and process improvement.

Missions:
Support Node producer to provide share service for all Node projects (i.e. vendor test & reference, contract administration, technical coordination with various parties like GNS & Security, and process improvements etc)

Deliverables:
The main and routine tasks are:
- Vendor Reference: under Producer’s guidelines, develop new vendors, organize quality test and audit (including qualification, process & security etc), and coordinate technical set-up for vendor

- Contract Management: participate the Contract Management Tool Development Project as Node Representative to streamline contract administration & vendor data management process (including NDA, work with Legal to finalize contract, Security check follow-up, payment, postmortem etc), identify risk & problem, propose optimization suggestion, implement user test to ensure the Tool’s readiness, utilize the tool for contract & vendor administration

- Coordination:

ü coordination with Node Production Managers to prepare vendor test, analyze result, inform vendor, create contract, provide contract closing feedback;

ü contact oversea project’s technical team, to set up secured and efficient working environment at External partners’ office;

ü communication with GNS & security in Shanghai Studio to arrange security check

Requirement:

§ Experience in the game industry (involvement with outsourcing business unit is preferred), including 3+ years in Project Management

§ Excellent problem resolving skill and determinate to the object given

§ Organized and analytical in Risk management

§ Excellent team player and ambassador, understand and supportive to both internal team and external partner’s needs

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skill

§ Masteries project planning, documentation and presentation tools

§ Language: Masteries Chinese to communicate with local vendors, Masteries English to communicate with local expatriates and oversea counterparts

§ Technical background in Quality Assurance and Network Service is a Plus
