Responsibilities：
(1) Adopt Taditel manufacturing instructions and processes to Changzhou facility将Taditel的制造说明及生产流程引入常州工厂
(2) Settup production line for the new plant in Changzhou为新工厂设立生产线
(3) Provide professional training to production employees为生产员工进行专业的培训
(4) Audit and qualify new suppliers for local sourcing本地新供应商资质审核
(5) Monitor and improve production methods for efficiency and quality对效率和质量的生产方法进行监督
(6) Participate in the hiring process of Taditel’s China employees参与Taditel中国员工的招聘
Requirement:
(1) Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer with Technical background电气工程师，机械或工业工程师，有技术背景
(2) Supervising assembly line in Automotive Industry, at an international company for at least 5 years, preferably in similar field such as Alternators, starters, Electronic modules汽车行业，主管生产线，至少5年外企工作经验，最好是汽车发电机，汽车启动机，汽车电子模块等相似领域
(3) Working under TS16949 (Global Automotive Standard); Working with ERP system, preferably with SAP参与过 TS16949工作；使用ERP最好是SAP
(4) Managing and motivating workers proven ability, knowledge of China Labor laws管理，激励员工以证明其能力；了解劳动法
(5) Willingness to work in operating stations in the line until ramp up, and thereafter if there is a prompt need for it愿意到生产线上工作，直到生产线设立完善，生产过程中如有需要也要到生产线工作
(6) English (reading, writing speaking) at a reasonable level英语良好（读、写、说）
