Tasks & Duties:
- Develop the domestic market, OEM customers and distributors;
- Visit and communicate customer requests to management;
- Aid customers in locating merchandise;
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements;
- Maximize all opportunities on expanding the market share;
- Assist in the implementation of company sales target as needed;
- Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction;
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by manager.

Qualifications:
- Education: Agriculture or Mechanical background;
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in farm machinery or tractor industry. Experience of working for a foreign owned company would be a plus;
- Language: English Writing and Reading, English Speaking would be a plus;
- Ready to often travel in North of China but also in other Provinces as well as abroad for exhibitions, training, meetings.
