岗位职责：
1.负责公司总部及外埠相关合同的归档、保管、借阅等工作；
2.负责档案管理工作，并检查各部门归档文件的完整性、真实性、准确性以及是否符合归档要求；
3.负责印章管理工作，包括用印申请、审批、登记、保管；
4.负责公司资质证照年检工作，保证年检工作顺利按时完成，负责工商部门或其他职能部门的联络协调工作；
5.负责对接外埠分公司资质证照办理工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上工作经验；
2、有金融或者地产行业背景优先；
3、具备协调和平衡事务的综合能力：表达能力、组织能力、执行力；
4、熟悉使用办公设备及office办公系列软件；

5、南京本地人优先录用。
