Main tasks and duties主要工作和职责:
1. 协助总经理管理工程部的所有事务
Assist GM to manage the Engineering Department completely
2.根据公司的策略方针，协调和培训下属，共同完成部门目标；使部门结构更加合理化
Coordinate and train the subordinates to accomplish department’s targets according to company policy; to build the department structure is rational.
3. 保证项目报价的正确性并按时完成
To guarantee the project quotation is right and be finished on time
4. 根据客户要求，对项目从引进到批量生产前进行优化，使其运行正常，然后移交至生产部门
To introduce and optimize the project from threshold to before SOP is run smoothly according the customer requirement, then transfer to Production Department
5. 保证生产物料清单的精确性并且使工程更改按时实施
To guarantee the P-BOM is accurate and the EC is implemented on time
6. 配合销售部门开发潜在客户，并协助销售对市场趋势进行预测
Cooperate with Sales Department to develop the potential customer and help SA to judge the tendency of market.
7. 配合采购部，进行零部件国产化
Cooperate with Purchase Department to localize the components.
8. 根据公司的方针，与其他各部门进行配合
Cooperate with all departments for the company policy.

Necesarry professional knowledge必要专业知识:
1. 良好的英语口语和写作，懂德语优先；和计算机技能
Good English both oral and writing，German is preferred & computer skills.
2. 优秀的管理能力；良好的沟通能力
Excellent management skills; good communication and cooperation with other department.
3. 熟悉汽车行业新技术与发展趋势
Be familiar with the new technology and tendency in automotive industry.
4. 熟悉TS 16949及其五手册（APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA）
Be familiar with the TS16949 and its five manual (APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA)
5. 与内部和外部之间要有良好的沟通技巧和良好的领导能力
Good communication skill and good leadership with internal and external team.
6. 良好的商业概念
Good business concept.
