SIHI Pumps is a member of the Sterling Fluid Systems Group. Sterling Fluid Systems has more than 1,600 employees worldwide and a turnover of more than 250 million Euros.
Job Responsibility:
-Sells LEMC/LELC vacuum pumps, systems and other Group’s products and services to the established customers, and frequently visits these customers. Finds and develops new customers and new areas of opportunities within the existing customers.
-Calls on prospective customers and maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements. Develops new channel of distribution of Sterling Fluid Systems Group products such as OEM, agents, and distributors.
-Secures and renews orders, arranges dates, plans, budgets and other peripherals integral to selling. Travels to customer locations to insure close regular face-to-face contacts.
-Maintains sales program/plan within the territory based on customer's estimated requirements for that time period. Keeps records and makes reports to all involved all phases of activity as appropriate.
-Keeps informed on new products or services and other information of interest to customers.
-Maintains good cross-discipline relationship within the all company's departments and facilities
-Ensures all interested parties, internal and external of the company, are aware of sales trends, developments in competitors, and markets changes etc..
-Work and travel overtime on holidays as required or requested.
-Assists and fully cooperates with the service sales team to develop service business in the selected markets.
-Other work assigned by the managers reasonably.
Job Requirement:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-Sound technical knowledge in the field of Pump products, especially for Vacuum Pump.
-Excellent selling skills and sales experience in Pump products or other Industrial products with proven track records in field sales execution role for continued sales growth.
-Working experience and contacts in key Industrial sectors such as Power Plants, Petrol Chemical, Mining, Construction, Steel Mills, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical etc.
-3-5 years field sales experience, dealing directly with end-users and industrial product distributors/dealers/suppliers in the referenced territory in China. (Include but not limited to Cheng Du area)
-High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and strong sense of responsibility
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of English required.
-Must be effective at managing multiple tasks
