工作职责：
1. 协助完善舟山工厂的建设
2. 当设备，半成品等与生产相关的物资运送抵达时，负责接收并安置
3. 全面管理企业生产工作，制度生产计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制
4. 及时解决质量问题，控制产品质量
5. 在人才服务公司的协助下，管理公司人员的入职离职等各项事务
6. 完成上级交待的其他任务
任职要求：
1. 英语听说读写熟练
2. 至少3年以上在工厂的生产管理经验
3. 本科及以上学历
4. 较强的执行力，较强的学习和适应能力，良好的表达和沟通能力
5. 相关行业背景优先考虑
