Responsibilities
1. To handle all areas that deal with construction and site safety matters
2. To monitor and supervise teams associated with the project
3. To be a key person leading project from appointment to project completion
4. To monitor all design progress as well as all construction activities, and ensure they are in line with the Master Programme
5. To be responsible for project quality, programme, cost and safety management
6. To generate any solution for project delay or quality defects, and other design & construction activities to be amended
7. To regularly observe team performance and provide right working guidance for everyone

Competency:
1. University Degree of Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
2. Certified National Construction Project Manager preferable
3. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and at least 5 years in a supervisory level.
4. Knowledge of design management, knowledge of tendering process management
5. Good skill of project programme scheduling & monitoring
6. Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable
7. Have a thorough understanding of the project management process in China
8. Good interpersonal and communication, coordination and leadership skills,
9. Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai
10. Good command of spoken and written in English preferable
11. Office software, AutoCAD 2000, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills
