POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:
Controls supplier quality and logistics performance. Manages subsequent supplier recovery plans to an acceptable and sustained level in line with the company targets

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
· Responsible to identify poor performing suppliers and take actions to improve supplier Performance
· Responsible for the collection and reporting of all supplier related performance metrics
· Seeks feedback and communicates with Quality organization and factory for supplier performance issues affecting production processes, and takes actions accordingly with suppliers
· Responsible for providing corrective action responses to customer complaints Initiating from supplier incidents
· Responsible for acceptable and on-time supplier SCAR responses
· Plan, schedule and conduct Supplier Improvement projects for Quality and Delivery as needed per supplier performance
· In coordination with the respective buyers, Materials and Quality groups, monitors Suppliers quality and delivery performance on a permanent basis across the assigned scope (supplier and/or plant)
· Monitor supplier action in case of recurrent poor performance. Validate corrective action plans and suppliers responses in case of major or recurrent incidents («logistics crisis », quality alert, …).
· Follow up suppliers recovery plan and closes issues when objectives and results are reached and sustain
· Plan, monitor and perform suppliers audit at suppliers’ sites (capacity, production management, supply chain, quality, process… )
· Monitor improvement actions at suppliers by:
o Defining strategic objective every semester
o Integrating commercial elements with suppliers:
§ Commercial relationship and supplier strategy
§ Contract in place
§ Risks assessment
§ Reached performances
o Making sure of supplier’s commitment
o Organize quality diagonistic at suppliers
· Consolidate and apply financial penalties for poor quality and logistics in coordination with respective buyer; and insure payment
Consolidate suppliers performance. Insure measurement coherence done by supplier, and identify gaps and necessary actions to reduce them
· Key contact window for any performace issue between logistics and program
· Manages Supplier turnaround from poor systemic Quality and/or Logistics performance
· Validates corrective action requests and Supplier answers for systemic issues, defines and follows-up Supplier recovery action items, bring closure when correction is determined acceptable and results are sustained
· Facilitates internal actions and improvements at suppliers (Lean sigma tools implementation, SIF, VMI) to help supplier achieve assigned QCD Quality/ Cost/ Delivery targets. Travel involved
· Communicates and documents Division Supplier Quality and Performance Targets to the appropriate counterparts at assigned suppliers, including top management
· Consolidates internal cost data and works with suppliers to recover claims amounts from supplier, in coordination with Production and Finance, and seeks compensation from suppliers for accounted incidents (Quality and Logistics)
· Conducts and supports Commodity Supplier Production Readiness Audits (capacity, supply & production ramp-up plan, staffing plan, training plan, backup plan, with corrective actions & calendar) and Process / Product Audits. Travel involved
· Document daily supplier quality incidents in quality CA/PA system and communicates those incidents to suppliers
· Travel Required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
· 5 years experience in aerospace industry or equivalent with relavent master degree
· Supplier performance management / Supply chain and logistics
· Experience in industrialization management (LEAN, Kanban, MRP2, VMI, EDI)
· Production process/ Quality process / ISO Quality Systems / Quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P etc…)
· Advance statistics, comfortable with metrics
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form ·
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
· Comfortable with ambiguity and limited instruction
· Must have the ability to drive major initiatives
· Must be comfortable with multiple tasks
· Organized and rigourous· Results oriented
· Experience in project management
· Strong and convincing communication skills
