Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
? Ensure on time product delivery according quality requirements and customer schedule / 确保按照客户的时间表和质量要求按时交付产品
? Manage and execute engineering changes that apply to electrical test area / 管理与执行适用于电气测试区域的工程更改
? Management of Human resourses assigned to electrical test area following SAIFE internal policies and objectives / 依照赛飞公司内部的政策和目标来管理指定的电气测试区域人员
? Manage all tools and equipments in E-test area following SAIFEI management procedures / 依照赛飞的管理程序管理电气测试区域所有的工具和设备
? Ensure the implementation of all activites with the purpose to reach SAIFEI’s KPI goals / 通过实现所有活动来确保达到赛飞公司的各项关键绩效指标
? Lead the analysis and troubleshooting for any trouble from electrical testing process / 领导测试过程中任何问题的分析和故障解决
? Promote teamwork and a good work environment / 促进团队合作精神以及好的工作环境
? Ensure compliance with the rules of work and discipline plan established / 确保遵守工作章程以及已确定的纪律计划
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
? Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering / 工业工程或电气工程本科
? 5 years experiences in aerospace or equivalent manufacturing industry / 5年航空或相关制造工业的工作经验
? 3 years experiences in electrical engineering / 3年电气工程经验
? Written and oral professional English / 专业的英语口语及书写
? Good ability for solve problems and trouble shooting in electrical engineering / 在电气工程方面有良好的问题解决以及故障排除能力
? Good knowledge in electricity, electronics, instrumentation, programming and software packages / 较好的电力、电子工业、仪表、程序以及软件包知识
? Strong creativity and leadership / 卓越的创造力和领导能力
