Office Staff
We are a fast growing US Company with an office in Shanghai Luwan area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to work in an international environment in Shanghai.

Job description:
Admin/Office Staff. Communicating directly with US office, translating orders, sample request, tracking orders, Communicating with suppliers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2 years working experience in secretarial field a plus
Good personality and good communication skill
Computer literacy (Microsoft package especially in Excel and Word)
Good communication in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, flexible, service minded with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work on several activities and handle multi-tasks
Be able to work under pressured
Some travel required
