Job Description

• Answer incoming calls in Mandarin and English professionally and ensure right transfer of phone call, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
• Responsible for receiving and disseminating in & out mailing, couriers and shipping stuffs accurately and timely
• Responsible for receiving all in & out fax and forward to certain receivers
• Responsible for meeting set up and meeting room reservation
• Greeting incoming visitors, arrange couriers to collect and dispatch out going mails and other assignment if necessary
• Maintenance for office equipments and office supplies
  - Fax machines/ Printers/ Copy Machine/ Shredder
  - Drinks/ Tissue/ Refreshment
  - Stationery
  - Canteen service
  - Cleaning service
  - Security service
  - Reception service
• Logistic arrangement for Associates traveling
  - Hotel
  -Transportation
  - Airport ticket booking
• Working with accountant

-Tracking all administrative expenses (office common expenses, event expenses, etc.)

-Responsible for auditing employees' expense reports in order to make sure the sum is match with

the attached invoices.

-Submitting expense reports & monthly payments and put on records.

• Assist at variety of events, office recreation
• Maintenance annual leave record

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 2-year working similar experiences in an international company
• Good command of English
• Good skills of MS office
• Self-driven and self-motivated
• Open and good interpersonal skills
