To handle all activities in relation to the bank's legal and compliance program and support the senior management to identify, monitor, eliminate and report compliance risk within an accepted tolerance including but not limited to the respects below.

To implement the compliance policy by providing compliance management working plan.
To receive and disseminate regulations with elaboration. Closely monitor the trend and hot area of supervision.
To keep good relationships with regulators.
To manage and prevent AML risk and guide business department to identify suspicious transactios.
Provide legal and compliance advisory work on the possibility of new business initiation.
To identify and eliminate the legal and compliance risk while developing a new product or service.
To conduct self assessment of compliance risk.
To provide legal review on contract and business form to ensure no legal discrepancy.
To update and train staff on existing and new regulations and internal policies. To update the management team of major regulatory requirement and its impact.
To manage branch compliance work.
To manage the risk of related party transactions.
