职位描述
高级投资经理 （北京-上海）
岗位职责：
负责制定所负责行业的投资规划，建立对行业的深入认知和专业能力，制定行业投资策略；
开发投资项目，管理好各方关系，负责项目按时、高质量完成或指导、推动项目完成；
代表行业小组出具对项目的决策意见；
独立地带领行业团队，有效地辅导、激励、培养团队成员，提高行业团队整体绩效；
管理投资组合，有能力组织资源为被投企业提供切实的增值服务，提升被投企业的价值，对投资组合的整体投资回报负责；
建立pipeline，在行业内开展持续投资。
任职资格：
硕士以上学历，MBA优先
在餐饮、专业零售、电子商务等消费性服务性行业有8年以上营运和管理经验（或拥有其它消费性服务行业经验，对消费性服务行业有深刻认知的也可）；同时拥有比较丰富的行业人脉，有很强的deal sourcing的能力。
