Finance Manager (Beijing)

Responsibilities:
1 Be responsible for general accounting and monthly financial closing
2 Improve accounting system & process flow
3 Ensure that company has a system of internal control that generate accurate financial information data
4 Make recommendations and involve on the improvement of financial policies and internal control system
5 Be responsible for month-end financial reporting
6 Perform annual tax filing and ad hoc assignments
7 Assist in compliance with PRC tax requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
- Qualified accountant
- Minimum 10 or more years’ relevant experience in accounting operational Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principle including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
- Strong knowledge of PRC tax regulation/rules and accounting standards
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office
- Be familiar with AX system
- Sound analytical and problem solving skill
- Independent, self motivated and open minds
- Have strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
