1、执行营运流程规定的标准，达成店铺预算及销售目标；
2、具有较强的团队建设能力和领导力，领导和管理团队以高士气和高效率达成工作目标。

1、25-35岁，形象气质佳，高中以上学历；
2、能熟练操作电脑办公软件；
3、2年零售卖场管理岗位经验；
4、具备优秀的沟通、领导、协调能力，亲和力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、富有领导魅力和团队协作精神；
6、原则性强，敢于坚持制度，对本职工作有高度的责任感；
7、性格沉稳，作风严谨；
8、英语良好。
