1、执行营运流程规定的标准,达成店铺预算及销售目标;
2、具有较强的团队建设能力和领导力,领导和管理团队以高士气和高效率达成工作目标。

1、25-35岁,形象气质佳,高中以上学历;
2、能熟练操作电脑办公软件;
3、2年零售卖场管理岗位经验;
4、具备优秀的沟通、领导、协调能力,亲和力强,能承受较大的工作压力;
5、富有领导魅力和团队协作精神;
6、原则性强,敢于坚持制度,对本职工作有高度的责任感;
7、性格沉稳,作风严谨;
8、英语良好。
