店铺主管
主要职责:
1.监督及控制店铺的业务运作;
2.维护公司品牌形象与提供优质顾客服务(包括接待顾客、解答顾客查询、处理投诉及提供售后服务等);
3.要持有很好的个人销售技巧,并且能够及时发现员工销售中的问题加以帮助提高并得以改善;
4.在店长和员工之间起到良好的协调关系;
5.协助店长制定人员的管理计划(如员工的奖励政策、组织员工沟通等);
6.协助店长制定培训计划(如货品的培训、服务技巧培训等);
7.协助店长制定带教新员工的计划,并能够独立完成新员工的带教工作;
8.指导和监督店员仪容仪表,确保每一位店员的个人行为和形象符合品牌要求。
职位要求
1.至少五年以上高端品牌服装销售工作经验;
2.两年以上奢侈品或高档品牌服装店铺管理工作经验者优先;
3.高中及高中以上学历;
4.热爱奢侈品零售行业者佳;
5.出色的管理或者交流能力的;
6.熟悉办公自动化软件操作(Word / Excel/ Power point )及邮件收发。
