一、岗位职责
1、带领全体员工认真完成销售目标；
2、认真执行公司的各项规章制度；
3、完成公司安排的一切工作，按要求填报相应报表；
4、能独立承担起店长的全部工作；
5、做好员工的工作安排，协调相关事务。
二、岗位要求
1、本科以上学历；
2、形象良好，有5年以上品牌女装店长经验；
3、有一定的电脑操作基础和表达能力；
4、有良好的团队精神，能在团队中起到积极带头的作用。
