2、固定资产，办公器材登记、维护；
3、快递管理；
4、人事考勤、签证事宜、招聘安排；
5、办公室其它日常事务；
6、负责公司前台访客接待、会议室的会务服务；
任职资格：
1、 女，形象气质佳，声音甜美，普通话标准；
2、 有1年以上前台、文员或行政工作经验者优先；
3、 熟练运用office等办公软件；
4、 工作认真细致，有良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
5、 具备敬业精神，能吃苦耐劳。

6、愿意接受夜班者优先。

In the Western Hemisphere, our European partner Yacht Club Monaco, situated in Monaco on the southern coast of the Mediterranean, was founded in 1953 and led by HSH Prince Albert II; with more than 1,200 distinguished members from 60 countries, the marina harbors the anchors of the world's most prestigious custom-made private yachts. Jimmy'z Royal Party Club, which is on the same coastline, also led by Prince Albert II of Monaco, sits in the gulf of Monte Carlo next to the big name casinos and hotels. In front of the club, the influx of limited edition luxury supercars brings in the world's major royal families’ princes and princesses, members of the international super yacht harbor club, as well as the celebrities, superstars, political and business leaders around the world, united in the Jimmy'z hall of members, setting trends and showcasing the world's No.1 Royal Club’s splendor.

In the Eastern Hemisphere, Yacht Club Monaco joined hands with us to build the most high-profile gold coast for yachts in the part of the world – Shanghai Bund Yacht Club. We are also in cooperation with the world's largest music and entertainment Group – Avex, the International Diamond Council, as well as the world's leading entertainment media and luxury groups. This year, Queensway Plaza on Middle Huaihai Road in Shanghai, Global Trade Center in Hangzhou, Beijing CBD and four city centers in Central, Hong Kong launched in the same time Asia-Pacific’s unprecedented “Royal Member” Party Club as the eastern and western hemispheres summit, paying tribute to the spire of luxury and arts in the Asia-Pacific region.
