岗位职责：
1、负责各种文件的收发、装订及传递工作；及时处理上级文件的签收、传递、催办。做好文件的回收、清退等工作；
2、负责文秘档案收集管理及保密工作；
3、负责各种会议的记录及会务工作；
4、负责公司的内部日常考勤工作；
5、负责来访接待工作；
6、完成领导交办的其他任务和各种应急事务的处理。

任职资格：

1. 中英文水平熟练；
2. 具有文秘相关工作经验2年以上；
3. 熟练使用各种办公软体及日常办公设备；
4. 诚实、严谨细致、责任心强，具备团队合作精神，有软强的协调和沟通能力，责任感强；
5. 有大型外资企业总秘、董秘经验或者有房地产开发公司秘书经验优先。领导交办的其他任务和各种应急事务的处理。
