Responsibilities of Key Account Specialist - IMD East China:

华东地区大客户专员-IMD的职责:

1. To respond the corresponding project management;Coordinate and support the technical team.

负责相关项目的跟进和管理；协调支持整个技术团队。

2. To cooperate with different departments in customer side to promote our products; to collect market and competitors’ information;

与客户各部门良好合作；推动公司产品销售，收集和分析市场、竞争对手信息。

3. To cooperate with HQ, sales team, technical support team, QA team, etc to push projects ahead;

与公司总部、销售团队、技术支持、质检部门等各部门沟通、合作，以推动项目的向前发展。

4. Complaint handling and negotiation with the customers. Could make commercial decision if necessary.

处理和协调客户的投诉。能够与客户进行谈判并作出商业决定。

5．To maintain and to build up relationship and network between relative key account customers.

建立和维护重要客户的良好合作关系。

Requirements of Key Account Specialist - IMD East China:

华东地区大客户专员-IMD的职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in major of management or engineering (Working experience in 3C electronics industry is an plus;

本科或以上学历，有3C电子行业工作经验者优先。

2. Min. 8 years experience in sales or other commercial functions, including at least 3 years in project management;

8年以上销售或相关经验，其中至少拥有3年以上的项目管理经验。

3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin;

普通话和英语读写流利。

4. Good communication and negotiation skill.

优秀的沟通技巧和谈判技巧。

5. Team co-work spirited; willing to face challenge, work under pressure independently and travel frequently in East China.
