本职工作：

1、 做好收发传真件和复印文件服务

2、 做好公司的收发信（函）件工作，协助行政部文件的下发，签收工作；

3、负责前台来访客人接待、登记工作，转接电话，收发邮件、快递，票务预订等；

4、负责办公设备和办公用品的管理；

5、协助部门主管的各项行政后勤事务；

6、 负责统计全体员工的考勤管理。月需制作考勤签到卡，责员工每月病假、事假、加班、迟到等考勤的管理与统计。

7、 负责公司各部门办公用品的采购、领用和分发工作

8、 负责饮用水管理、订票、费用报销等；

9、 负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；

10、 负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作。

任职资格：
1、 熟练操作计算机，熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公自动化软件。
2、 熟练运用各类办公自动化设备。
3、 具备良好的记忆力以及对时间的分配和沟通协调能力，还要有较强的保密意识。
4、 具有良好的文字组织和语言表达能力，中文打字速度快。
