客户服务助理
Position: Customer Service &Logistics Intern

Job Description
-Assist in making purchase orders to suppliers for delivery of raw material, learn about inventory forecasting
协助采购下订单，订购原材料，协助库存预测。
- Arrange all shipments outgoing with logistic company and receiving from supplier, communicate information clearly with team members and follow company policy
安排物流，确保按时从供应商处收货，与公司团队沟通清晰，遵守公司制度。.
- Receive/send customer sales order information and product shipment information, file appropriately
收发销售订单，采购订单及物流信息，整理文件。
- Shipment and receiving logistics arrangement and follow-up for confirmation
安排收发货物流并跟踪确认。
- To ensure all sales order and purchase order information are updated and in the system with complete information.
确保所有销售订单和采购订单信息被及时正确地更新至系统。
- To ensure all the documents (e.g. Delivery receipt, shipment and tracking information) being collected and filing timely
确保所有文件（收货单，物流单据等）被及时收集整理归档。
-Timely coordinate and solve the procurement of materials, production and use, delivery and quality customer service process
-及时协调解决采购物料、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题。

Requirement:
1. Last year in college 大四学生,或者大专以上学历。
2. Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 熟悉Word,Excell,PowerPoint等办公软件。
3.Takes the initiative, customer self-oriented, and good communication skill. 积极主动，客户导向，良好的沟通技能。
4.Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin.
书面英语，口语，普通话良好。
5. Enthusiastic, honest, energetic and has a strong desire to learn.
热情，诚实，活力，渴望学习新事物。
6. Work experience of international trade, importation and exportation.
有国际贸易，进出口经验。
7. Work experience of logistic, sales, customer service.
有物流，销售，客服工作经验。
