Position	Visa Specialist 外事专员
Division	Residential & Relocation Division

Primary responsibilities

n Process visas, work and residential permit applications/extensions and renewals for clients

n Schedule and accompany clients for medical appointments

n Explain to clients thoroughly on immigration policies and procedure affairs

n Keep track with update / changes on regulations and policies for immigration & visa applications

n Maintain good rapport with Immigration authorities & consulates

n Organize and maintain accurate, complete and current records of assignee documentation and of client tracking report for all visa, work and resident permits

n Provide Visa/Work Permit/Resident Permit in all China cities as required by Management

n Data input into company internal systems and reports to Management

Requirements

n 1 to 2 years experiences in processing visa applications are required.

n Must have excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

n Minimum two years working experiences, preferred in services industry

n Mature, independent, self-motivated, client service oriented and team spirited

n Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
