职位描述

Scope of Work and Duties -
1 Liaise with executive tenants to handle property management coordination of lease renewal, repair and maintenance, and march out services
2 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
3 Responsible for tracking and coordinating ATM assignments
4 Ensure accuracy and timely billing with proper authorizations
5 Prepare landlord notices with relevant supporting documents and tracking timeliness
6 Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements -
1 Matriculated with minimum three years experience in real estate brokerage, property management or move management
2 License holder preferred
3 Must have excellent command of both spoken and written English
4 Self-motivated, result-oriented and good negotiation skills
5 Proficient in computer skills including MS Office
