Division	Shanghai Office

Primary Responsibilities

§ Deliver and collect documents

§ Courier tracking and payment

§ Run outdoor errands

§ Order and maintain office supplies

§ Keep office clean and tidy

§ Serve drinks to clients

§ Assist with printing of utility bills

§ Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

§ Hard working

§ Good command of spoken and written English

§ Proficient in MS Word & Excel

§ Ability to work quickly for the above assignments

§ Immediate availability is highly preferred

§ Loyal worker – willing to stay and learn within the company

§ Team worker, with positive attitude

§ Confident speaker over the telephone
