Main tasks

· You are following-up on the production and subcontracting in China (Quality-timing-cost)

· You supervise and plan a team of production technicians to ensure that the production is on time and meets PECs quality standards, and to produce electrical and mechanical assemblies.

· You are responsible for organizing and optimizing production flow.

· You will communicate with engineering on a technical level and report to the country manager.

· You will receive/follow up subcontracting and production orders in our ERP system and organize the temporary storage in our Shanghai office.

Skills

We are looking for a strongly motivated professional meeting the following requirements:

· Good technical knowledge, minimum Technical Bachelor Degree, preferably in mechanical engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

· Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

· Good organizational abilities: structural and analytical thinking, establishing priorities with respect for the deadlines.

· Leadership/ Production experience.

· Willing to travel in China.
