Main tasks
? Coordinating a team of 6-10 quality inspectors that operate in China
? Management and improvement of quality systems (for incoming materials and in the production process) in order to deliver products of high quality that meet the customer’s requirements
? Actively participating in setting quality standards for each product and component and developing new test procedures
? Reporting to the Global Quality manager.


Skills
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Engineering
? Relevant work experience as engineer in Quality and/or a production environment
? A strong interest in technology
? Excellent communication skills, good command of English and Chinese
? Ability to work efficiently and accurately in tight deadlines
? Result-driven and hands-on mentality
