You will be working as part of a team to ensure complete customer satisfaction and will be involved in liaising with both clients and overseas employers. This is a busy and varied permanent position.

In order to be successful for this role, you will have:

1.Customer service experience preferably within the recruitment agency industry

2.A professional manner

3.An energetic personality

4.Fast typing skills

5.Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Duties in this role include but are not limited to:

1.Making outbound calls existing customers

2.Receiving, and managing inbound enquires from new and existing customers

3.Email follow up and confirmation

4.Answering of any customer questions about service

5.Data Entry as required into Data systems and CRM
