主要职责:

?负责阿尔泰克产品和客户的技术支持与售后服务

?建立和维护客户档案

?定期客户拜访和跟进

?收集客户反馈信息和并配合销售，工程和其他阿尔泰克相关部门以加强客户关系

?遵从阿尔泰克服务标准和程序，并建立阿尔泰克中国服务流程

?为阿尔泰克分销商提供指导，以确保产品的最终组装质量

?负责现场技术支持，包括日常维护，故障排除，维修和培训

?设置备件库存，确保支付和客户满意度



教育，经验和技能要求：

?流利的英语和普通话，良好的口头和书面两种语言技能

?大专以上学历，机械工程或相关领域

? 5年工作经验，现场液压设备维护从优

?必须具备动手能力

?能够读取并解释原理图

?以客户为导向，良好的团队合作精神和较强的人际关系和沟通技巧

?基于上海工厂

?可为经常出差

?精通Word ，Excel和PowerPoint

?有时工作时间不固定并随客户要求
