工作内容

1.终端客户服务，包括软件的安装于维护，硬件设备的维护，解决员工的咨询等

End-users service，software installation for end-users and maintenance,Hardware maintenance for end-users,Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware,Service request response,Record user non-standard application license

2 工厂的系统，网络及应用管理等，包括配置管理，域服务器，邮件服务器，文件存储、打印备份等服务器及设备的技术支持，系统及网络安全及防火墙管理

2.System, network & application administration if any at site level，Configuration management，Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.，System & network security control & virus defense

3 为特殊的系统如VOIP,WebEx等提供技术支持

Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line

4 负责异常事件及问题的追踪

Responsible for incident & problem tracker

5 负责工厂IT资产的管理

IT assets management & distribution on site

6 配合总部开展其他信息技术的工作，如新系统上线等

Support Corporate IT activities such as using new system when required

任职要求

1 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少两年以上相关工作经验

2 掌握网络维护等基本技能，基本的系统及网络安全技能，

3 良好的服务意识

工作地点：上海浦东新区南汇祝桥（市区有班车）
