人力资源管理培训生（涉及人资各大模块及方向）
岗位职责：
1.负责人事档案的审理。
2.负责派遣员工在职期间社保、公积金缴纳、在职期间各项人事业务办理；
3.每月薪酬、绩效考核核算核对；
4.负责审核和收集员工医疗报销、公积金支取、经济适用房申请等所需各种材料；
5.组织实施分类别派遣员工培训管理，起草培训方案制定及培训运行中协调管理工作，对派遣员工进行培训。
任职条件：
１.大专以上学历，专业不限，男女不限；
２.金融、理工科背景优先，思维敏捷，灵活处事，有服务意识；
３.学习能力及适应能力较强，热爱人力资源工作，愿意在行业长期发展。
