2. 2年以上的翻译经验，建筑与工程背景优先考虑

3. 娴熟的翻译技能，中英文口语书面互译

4. 掌握Word, Excel和Power Point等软件

市场助理主要职责:

1. 协助市场业务活动，包括计划书，介绍和提交的准备工作。

2. 负责维护所有市场资料手册，数据，PPT，彩色副本，文件档案等的保存工作。

3. 业主数据库的输入和维护。

4. 负责所有群发邮件和维护邮件发送列表。

5. 完成总监指派的其它业务和市场业务活动。

Translator/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities as Translator

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in English

2. 2 years translation experience, with architectural and engineering background is a plus

3. Proficient with translation, verbal and written of Chinese to English and v.v.

4. Computer skills in word, excel and power point are required

5. Self-motivated

6. Detail and logical-minded

Responsibilities as Marketing Assistant

1. Assists marketing activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals

2. Responsible for maintaining all marketing resources materials-brochures, data, slides, color copies, files, etc.

3. Client database input and maintenance.

4. Responsible for all group mail-outs and maintain mailing lists.

5. Assists other business and marketing activities assigned by director.

Established in 1953, JPA has over 60 years of expertise in designing hotels, universities, offices, trade marts, and mixed-use urban complexes. The firm provides design services in architecture, master planning, programming, structural engineering, and project management around the world.

With the design of Shanghai Centre, Portman became one of the first foreign firm to do work in China. JPA established Shanghai Representative Office in 1993 and a wholly owned foreign enterprise, Shanghai Portman Consulting Co., Ltd. (“SPCC”) in 2003.
