Job Description :

1. Prepares Operation Breakdown of garment product development base on sewing construction and design sketch from Tech pack and or customer sample if available.

2. Analyze and see any discrepancy between sewing construction listed from tech pack and actual sample

3. Analyze / Determine critical operations that will affect quality , SAM and or any operations that might create bottleneck to production.

4. Make suggestions and or provide optional improvements on sewing methods to reduce SAM and save material cost without affecting design as possible and outer appearance of product.

5. Coordinate with merchandiser and PIC team / sewing leader for the suggested optional improve methods to make mock up and sewing test.

6. Performs cycle time study and analysis whenever necessary for the optional suggested methods improvements.

7. Coordinate with the factory for any critical sewing operations affecting quality and efficiency to discuss, plan and put solutions ahead of production.

8. Provide best machineries and sewing device and attachment if necessary. Coordinate other technical related issues with merchandiser, PIC and factory.

9. Estimate / calculates SAM of each sewing operation base on best improve methods and handling. Work simplification of critical operations, eliminates unnecessary handling.

10. Provide pre - OB/SAM to factory IE for their confirmation. SAM should be agreed by both HZO and factory to avoid any misunderstanding and issues related to SAM when the style starts in production.

11. Justify the SAM of the operations with questionable rate or SAM or being complaint by factory IE. Performs actual time study and method testing in PIC if necessary.

12. Provide confirmed SAM to merchandising team as quick as possible and top urgently from time to time.

13. Update / revise OB and SAM for any changes and adjustment for product design and styles options.
