Objective of job

• Handle parts orders’ claims to DPTS and issue credit notes in IMS to business partners correctly and in time
• Follow up DPTS claim handle result and inform business partners / related departments
• Archive all claim related documents
• Optimization of parts business process (DMS, etc.)
• Control and improvement of parts claim behavior
• Supplier payment handle
• Invoicing compliance control according to FCPA control activities
• Ensure retail loyalty
• Best practice know-how transfer

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree – at least Bachelor Degree.
• Sound command of spoken and written English language
• Experience
• Technical / business management degree or equivalent qualification of 1 year’s operating experience in Aftersales business (parts / workshop), field service experience and leadership know-how.
• Specific Knowledge
• Very good analytical / management skills, leading strategic / entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high developed ability to negotiate, excellent market and product knowledge, distinctive integration and personal skills, very high commercial attitude, basic technical knowledge / understanding, willingness to learn, pronounced customer orientated thinking / acting, MB systems knowledge advantageous

• Communicate with DPTS claim team on reject cases to know reasons, and report to supervisor timely.
• Communicate to business partners on DPTS claim results in reasonable way.

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
