岗位职责：
1、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
2、海外营销体系的建立和维护，海外营销渠道的拓展与管理；
3、利用公司的平台，通过展会、B2B网站及其他途径开发海外客户；
4、及时了解市场信息，保持与供应商和客户的联系协调、组织采购、出口交易全过程；
5、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；
6、制订公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划并主导实施。

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；
2、3年以上相关领域外贸工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、具有较强的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；
5、较强的国际业务能力，勇于挑战，能够带领团队，并能对下属业务人员提供业务支持。
6、有团队建设能力，具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。
7、工作严谨负责，能吃苦，责任心强；
8、有健身器材，体育用品等外贸经验者优先考虑。
