Report To: Sales Manager-Asia

Responsibilities & Taskes:

1. Achieve significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed goals set by Sales Manager

- Develop long term, strategic relationships with key decision makers at assigned accounts.
- Primiary contact for customer for new product development projects and continuing product

improvements initiatives.
- Provide technical application support for operator controls and integrated systems.
- Identify and develop needs for operator controls and integrated systems.
- Gain customer commitment to initiate new product development programs to fulfill these needs.
- Manage customer expectations and relationship throught out the new product development process
- Take a lead role in working with product development groups and responsible to ensure that

new product development programs meet customer requirements for technical specification,

cost, quality, and schedule.

2. Achieve customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

- Work as primary contact for assigned accounts, including engineering, purchasing, quality,

manufacturing and other areas.
- Provide technical and commercial customer support for existing programs.
- Take a lead role in developing VOC (Voice of Customer) feedback for new technology and product

development needs.
- Take a lead role in working with related internal groups in areas like delivery,

quality, RMA and etc.

3. Other sales related jobs

- Prepare proposals and quotes to customers
- Provide support to finance team to get customer payment on time
- Provide support to trade shows and exhibitions
- Other jobs assigned by Sales Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree,major in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or related)

2. Five (5) years technical product sales experience, electromechanical products preferred.

3. Demostrated performce of technical sales thru desgin in to design win.

4. In-depth knowledge of electromechanical technologies and customized product applications.

5. Ability to develop new business and maintain positive working relationships with internal and

external stakeholders (e.g. customers and suppliers, engineering, quality, production dept. and etc.).

6. Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills required.

7. Native Mandarin speaker; fluent in both oral and written English.
