职位描述
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Pujiang Town, Minghang District
Report to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete production lines with the production KPIs;
Following up daily plan to secure high quality and on schedule production;
Optimize production resource and motivate the production team;
Establish and revise standard working documents and organize skill trainings for all production
team members
Continuous production process improvement, on site problem solving;
On-site control scrap rate, control product quality and production efficiency;
Implement 5S in production line;
Safety management in production workshop;
Lean production implementation;
Performs other job-related duties as assigned;
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Production or Engineering. At least equivalent About 3 to 5 years working experience in Production. Good computer skills in MS Office Software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good command of English in spoken and written.
Good communication skills, flexibility under work pressure.
Being careful and paying attention to details, good at prioritization of work.
Obedience to superior orders, and good time management skills.
