Purpose of the Position:

• Deal with related accounts payable processand get improving opportunity in daily operation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• -EnterPOInvoice Information
• -Perform Matching (Two - & Three - Way)
• -Resolve Invoice and Matching Discrepancies
• -Process Non-PO Invoices
• -Perform intercompany processing
• -Process Travel & Expense Transactions
• -Perform Error Corrections
• -Perform Invoice Maintenance
• -Perform Reconciliationreports(e.g., Daily, Period, Yearly)
• -Fulfill Customer Service Inquiries
• -Monitor day to day processing and provide improvement solution
• -Support team lead on balance resources

Education & Experience

• Accounting or Finance major
• 2or3years working experience

Required Skills

• Good command in both oral and written English
• Detailed - oriented and careful
• Good communication skill and team spirit
• Good work attitude under pressure
• SAP experience is preferred
