The Job
We’re seeking a full-time entry level web developer to work with us on our projects for these clients.
This is an entry level position for a local applicant with a web development-related degree and possibly 1-2 years experience working as a web developer.

我们正在寻找一位初级网页开发工程师全职人员加入我们的团队，共同服务于我们的客户。
这是一个针对于国内申请者的初级工程师职位，要求您拥有网页开发相关专业学习背景。若有1-2年相关网页开发工作经验者将被优先考虑。

Skills
We use html, css, php, and javascript. Besides daily conversation in Chinese, our work process requires the ability to read basic directions in English.
The most important attributes for this position are care for the quality of one’s work, organization, attention to detail, and a desire for constant improvement.

在工作中，我们使用html, css, php, and javascript。日常会话中主要使用中文，但我们的工作过程中需要您具备基本的英语阅读能力。

What to Expect
This is an ideal position for a candidate with strong basic web development skills and an interest in graphic design. We will help you grow and expand upon your web development background with exposure to international-standard design processes and sharing of feedback directly from clients on your work.
As basic work processes are mastered, creativity and initiative will be increasingly important in progressing from this entry-level position to more advanced work.
Our agency provides a supportive workplace and values work/life balance. Our working hours are 9:30AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday, with compensation provided for any overtime worked. We follow industry trends, encourage technical research, and look for internal training opportunities as time allows.

我们公司为您创造了一个宽松的工作环境，我们良好地平衡生活和工作。我们的工作时间是周一至周五，早上9:30至晚上6:00。如有加班需要时，我们将提供加班津贴。我们遵循行业发展趋势，鼓励员工进行技术研发。在时间允许的情况下，我们还提供内部培训。
