1.通过电话、网络、沙龙活动等多种途径维系新老客户，培养客户的忠诚度，促进长期合作； 2.电话接听，深入分析客户的需求，根据客户的需求提供培训解决方案； 3.与潜在客户沟通，推广并销售培训课程，达成销售目标； 4.定期回访客户，持续地提供服务。 职位要求 1.本科及以上学历； 2.有相关经验优先考虑； 3.良好的沟通能力、学习能力和分析能力。 4.工作积极主动，责任心强，目标坚定，能够承受交大的工作压力；
