The Hardware Product Engineer will be responsible for:

· Pursue and support cost reduction activities to achieve established company goals.

· Possess a detailed knowledge of an Agile & MRP system

· Comprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes.

· Provide technical support via direct communication to internal customers & contract manufacturer.

· Provide technical support and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required.

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail

· Interacts with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to resolve component procurement issues, and review the production cost.

· Perform First Article and incoming inspection for PCBA & mechanical parts and assemblies.

· Work cross functionally to ensure the resolution of problems and actions as needed

· Good interpersonal and training skills

· Ability to work independently, resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction, and work as part of a team

· Ability to work within strict deadlines

· Capability to accurately and efficiently work on multiple projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in electronics, product & industrial design, or related filed.

· Minimum of 5 years experiences in product engineering & manufacturing.

· Excellent knowledge in DFM, PCB Fabrication and PCB Assembly process.

· Prior experience with IPC-A-610, & IPC-A-600, as well as other applicable standards.

· Good knowledge in component engineering & ROHS.

· Be familiar with Agile Product Database Management is a PLUS.

· Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, Allegro Cadence, CADCAM350 & GC-Prevue.

· Working Experiences in contract manufacture is a plus.

· Knowledge and experiences in mechanical engineering is a plus.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated.

· Have a determined mindset and personal commitment to high quality work with schedule.

· Ability to occasional travel on an ‘as required’ basis.

任职资格

电子、产品与工业设计及其相关专业本科以上学历

产品工程及制造方面5年以上经验

精通DFM，PCB制造及PCB组装过程

有IPC-A-610, & IPC-A-600及其它适用标准方面的经验

熟悉零件工程及ROHS。

熟悉Agile产品数据管理。

精通CAD软件（Solidworks, AutoCAD, Allegro Cadence, CADCAM350 & GC-Prevue）

有生产商工作经历优先

有机械制造领域知识及工作经验优先。

良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，团队合作能力，英语书写及口语技巧，勤奋主动。

有坚定的心态和个人承诺在期限内高质量的完成工作。

能够偶尔出差。
