Senior Regional Development & Industry Consultant – Shanghai
任职要求：
？ 重点大学产业经济、区域经济、房地产开发等研究方向硕士以上学历,有较强的经济学术背景；
？ 具有城市发展、产业研究、土地开发等行业从事顾问咨询工作5-8年的工作经验；
？ 具有战略性思维和业务拓展能力，具有较强的团队管理经验；
？ 可以带领团队成员独立完成项目，并提交客户；
？ 具有很强的学习、研究能力，具有独立组织和研究课题的能力；
？ 良好口头表达能力和文字写作能力，思维清晰，有协调能力;
？ 具有同类跨国咨询公司工作经验者优先。
Requirements:
？ Master degree or above in Industrial Economy, Regional Economy, Real-Estate Development or other relevant fields; strong academic background in economy
？ 5-8 years’ consultancy experience in urban development, industry study, land development or other relevant fields.
？ Good at Strategic planning and business development; good leadership
？ Good at project team member organization and product delivery to the client
？ Capable of learning, organizing research independently;
？ Good oral and writing skills; Strong logic and good coordination skills
？ Candidates with experience in international counseling companies are preferred.
